Please contact The Friends of The Wind Point Lighthouse to obtain a return authorization before returning any item. (WPLH-Store@wi.rr.com)

Return Conditions

You can return a product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used, a refund will not be issued. You, as the customer, are responsible for any return shipping costs. Include your contact information with the return and provide us with a return shipment tracking number.

The Friends of The Wind Point Lighthouse will refund the cost of the item returned by check made payable to you.

Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Any charges incurred, Customs and/or Shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.

Want to switch to another size of the same product?

Contact us for a return authorization, provide your customer information, invoice number, and the size you wish to receive in exchange. As soon as your return is received and verified it is in new condition, the new size will be shipped.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or appears to be damaged during transport, you should immediately contact us.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not picked up at your post office within 14 days, The Wind Point Lighthouse reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and a restocking fee of 10%.
